About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
KOL Marketing Specialist
to lead and manage influencer marketing initiatives across major international social media platforms, including
Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
, and others (with a B2B focus).
This role requires exceptional communication and analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and proven experience in global influencer collaborations. The ideal candidate will be capable of independently planning, executing, and optimizing KOL marketing strategies to enhance
brand visibility, engagement, and conversion performance

Key Responsibilities:
1. KOL Partnership Management
- Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with KOLs/influencers; negotiate collaboration terms and deliverables.
- Develop customized influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and product positioning.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers; track campaign outcomes and propose optimization plans.
2. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Design and implement effective KOL marketing plans across global social media platforms.
- Monitor campaign progress, analyze results, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and overall performance.
- Evaluate influencer audience profiles and engagement metrics to improve campaign targeting and outcomes.
3. Data Analysis & Optimization
- Collect and analyze performance data such as impressions, CTR, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Generate data-driven reports and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and industry research to identify new opportunities and support strategic marketing decisions.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with brand, marketing, design, and content teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Support annual and quarterly planning, including budgeting and performance tracking for influencer initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
in Marketing, Advertising, Communications
, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2
years of experience
in influencer/KOL marketing or social media operations (B2B experience preferred).
- Proficient in both
English and Mandarin
; capable of using both as working languages.
- Strong understanding of major global social platforms, their audience behaviors, and influencer marketing models.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from data.
- Skilled in communication, negotiation, and project management; capable of managing full campaign cycles independently.
- Creative thinker with strong market awareness and the ability to adapt quickly to new trends.
- Highly responsible, collaborative, and effective in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments.
