Position Description
We’re looking for a Retention Marketing Manager to help strengthen customer relationships and increase lifetime value across Receptive but particularly focused on Top Nutrition Coaching’s telehealth programs. You’ll build and execute lifecycle campaigns that drive engagement, reduce churn, and help clients stay consistent with their health goals.
This role requires someone who can blend creativity with data, and who understands the nuances of healthcare, insurance-based patient journeys, and digital care platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with our Growth, Product, and Clinical teams to deliver thoughtful, compliant communications that improve outcomes and satisfaction.

Time Commitment This role is a full-time contract position and requires overlap with US ET for the majority of the workday. It is an exciting opportunity demanding dedication beyond the standard 9 to 5. We need someone willing to go above and beyond to help us achieve our ambitious goals and eager to make a real impact.
Location: Remote (must be US-based and able to overlap US Eastern Time)
Compensation Our compensation packages are designed to make this your dream job for the short and long term. Each compensation package is tailored to suit your priorities and includes a competitive base salary. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, a wellness and office stipend, and an unlimited time off policy with a two-week minimum.
Compensation Range: $140K - $160K
