Brief Description
: The Marketing Specialist - Digital & Life Sciences Focus will drive digital marketing initiatives for groundbreaking specialty therapies, collaborate with scientific experts, regulatory professionals, and clinical researchers. They will also create compelling content that bridges complex science with stakeholder needs.
Specific Job Duties
- Develop and execute integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, web, mobile, paid advertising)
- Optimize marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing sequences
- Manage content marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, webinars, and thought leadership pieces
- Analyze digital performance metrics and provide actionable insights using advanced analytics tools
- Create engaging video content for multiple platforms (educational webinars, product demos, thought leadership videos, social media content)
- Design distinctive visual assets including infographics, presentation templates, digital ads, and branded marketing materials
- Leverage AI-powered tools for content creation, personalization, and campaign optimization
- Stay ahead of emerging digital trends and technologies in B2B healthcare marketing
- Partner with sales teams to align marketing qualified leads with commercial objectives
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and technology partners
- Contribute to brand positioning and messaging refinement based on market insights

Desired Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in life sciences, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries
- Demonstrated expertise in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
- Proficiency with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, social media analytics)
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and lead management processes
- Experience with content management systems and basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Video production experience including scripting, shooting, editing, and post-production workflows
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, video AI tools, etc.) for content creation and optimization
- Advanced social media marketing skills
- Experience with marketing attribution modeling and multi-touch campaign analysis
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising and account-based marketing tactics
- Understanding of GDPR, HIPAA, and other data privacy considerations in healthcare marketing
- Expertise in creating multimedia content including motion graphics, animated explainers, and interactive digital assets
- Proficiency with emerging AI tools for content personalization, A/B testing optimization, and predictive analytics
- Experience with video hosting platforms (Wistia, Vimeo, YouTube) and video marketing best practices
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to simplify complex topics
- Strong project management abilities with experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate analytics into strategic recommendations
- Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively with cross-functional scientific teams
