About the Role
The
Organic Social Lead
will be the face and voice of them across our social channels. This is a high-energy, high-pace role for someone who can create, ship, and iterate quickly while building real community. You’ll bring a growth-hacker mindset to organic social, treating content like a performance lever and turning trends, feedback, and data into momentum.

What You’ll Do
- Growth Experiments - Run rapid tests across hooks, formats, series, and posting cadence to drive reach and follower growth.
- Face on Social - Represent the brand on-camera and in-feed, showing up consistently with an authentic, relatable presence.
- High-Velocity Content - Plan, create, and publish organic content at speed, optimizing for consistency and quality.
- Trend Translation - Spot trends early and adapt them to Mellow Sleep in a way that feels native, timely, and on-brand.
- Community Building - Engage daily with comments, DMs, and creator conversations to deepen trust and loyalty.
- Series and Storytelling - Build recurring content series that strengthen brand voice and keep audiences coming back.
- Performance Insights - Track what’s working, share learnings, and evolve the strategy based on signal, not opinions.
