This is a part-time remote role for a Marketing Specialist based in Pittsburgh, PA. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, creating and implementing marketing strategies, collaborating with internal teams, and identifying opportunities for growth. Additional responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting sales efforts to meet company objectives.

Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
Experience with Market Research and understanding industry trends
Proficient in developing and executing Marketing Strategies
Knowledge and experience in Sales to support business development
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Tech-savviness and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms
