Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Marketing Specialist to support digital marketing execution across email, content, and social channels. This role will focus heavily on managing email campaigns in Dynamics 365 Marketing / Customer Insights – Journeys, while also creating blog content and social media posts that support campaigns, events, and thought leadership—particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and execute email marketing campaigns using Dynamics 365 Marketing / Customer Insights – Journeys, including:
Building segments and customer journeys
Creating and deploying email communications
Monitoring performance and optimizing campaigns
• Write and publish blog posts aligned to campaigns, events, and business initiatives
• Create and schedule social media posts (primarily LinkedIn) to promote blogs, webinars, events, and company updates.
• Develop marketing content such as:
Email copy and templates
Blog articles and thought leadership pieces
Social media captions and campaign messaging
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align messaging with go-to-market initiatives
• Maintain brand voice and consistency across all channels
• Track and report on key marketing metrics (email engagement, blog performance, social reach, etc.)
• Assist with list management, data hygiene, and campaign coordination.
Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, content marketing, or digital marketing
• Strong writing skills across email, blog, and social media formats
• Experience managing or supporting email marketing campaigns
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing / Customer Insights – Journeys
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or Teams
• Experience with B2B, professional services, or technology marketing
• Basic understanding of analytics and performance reporting
