Position Summary
The Growth Marketing Manager owns and scales Seraphina’s paid media and performance marketing efforts across key digital and emerging channels. This role is responsible for driving efficient customer acquisition, improving conversion and retention, and delivering incremental, profitable growth across the full funnel.
This is a highly analytical and hands-on role suited for a data-driven marketer with experience in lean, fast-moving DTC or ecommerce environments. The Growth Marketing Manager balances strategy with execution and thrives in continuous testing, measurement, and creative iteration.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media & Channel Management
- Partner closely with agency partners to manage and optimize paid media across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube), TikTok, affiliate networks, podcast advertising, and TV/CTV
- Launch and manage internally-driven tests of new paid acquisition channels and media formats
- Support scaling efforts on Amazon, including collaboration with partners to manage media, optimize brand presence, and improve performance
Growth Strategy & Optimization
- Develop and execute full-funnel growth strategies spanning acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifecycle optimization
- Maintain a rigorous focus on CAC, ROAS, LTV, incrementality, and long-term growth efficiency
- Partner with Website and Lifecycle teams to support landing page, funnel, and on-site optimization initiatives
Experimentation & Analytics
- Design and run structured experimentation programs including A/B testing, creative testing frameworks, and incrementality tests
- Monitor performance daily and deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
- Build, maintain, and evolve dashboards and reporting across platforms and analytics tools
Creative & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with creative and content teams to brief, test, and iterate on ad creative, messaging, and landing experiences
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Customer Experience, Lifecycle, and Analytics teams to support broader growth initiatives
- Manage agency and vendor relationships, ensuring accountability, transparency, and performance

- Working knowledge of modern attribution models, privacy constraints (e.g., iOS changes), and measurement limitations
- Ability to translate data into insights, narratives, and clear next steps for stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and comfort presenting performance, insights, and strategy to leadership
Required
- 4–7+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or paid media roles, preferably in DTC or ecommerce environments
- Demonstrated experience scaling an ecommerce business on Shopify
- Experience managing spend and performance across Meta, Google Ads, and other digital performance platforms (e.g., TikTok, Reddit, Taboola, AppLovin, LiveIntent)
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and self-serve Amazon Ads platforms
Preferred
- Experience with upper-funnel awareness channels such as podcasts and television (linear and CTV) is a plus
- Experience with influencer marketing, creator whitelisting, and user-generated content is a plus
- Experience in health, wellness, or regulated consumer categories is a plus
