About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Global Growth Hacker to spearhead the worldwide expansion of our AI voice products - SaySo. This role demands a strategic yet hands-on operator who can drive measurable growth across international markets while building scalable systems for user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Growth Strategy & Execution:
• Own and execute the global GTM strategy for AI voice products, with proven ability to drive 0-to-1 market expansion; develop and implement data-driven strategies across user acquisition, retention, and monetization funnels
• AIGC Content Ecosystem Leadership: Design and execute high-impact creative campaigns across major international social platforms (Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram); create viral content strategies that amplify brand presence and drive community growth at scale
• User Community & Product Intelligence: Build and nurture global user communities across Discord, Twitter, and emerging platforms; establish systematic feedback loops to inform product roadmap and drive continuous iteration
• AI-Powered Growth Stack: Implement and optimize cutting-edge AI tools to enhance content creation, design, and video production workflows; pioneer innovative applications of AI in growth marketing and automation
• Analytics & Optimization: Track, analyze, and optimize key growth metrics; develop experimentation frameworks to continuously improve conversion rates and user lifetime value

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in growth marketing, digital marketing, community management, or growth operations roles, preferably with AI/tech products or in international markets
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling digital communities or driving measurable growth (user acquisition, engagement, or revenue); portfolio of viral campaigns or community-building initiatives required
• Cultural Intelligence: Deep cross-cultural empathy with proven ability to adapt messaging and strategies for diverse global audiences; experience working across multiple markets and cultures
• Digital Native: Expert understanding of internet culture, platform algorithms, and trending content formats across major social platforms; stays ahead of emerging trends in tech and AI communities
• AI Proficiency: Power user of AI tools for content generation, video creation, and marketing automation; continuously experiments with and implements new AI-driven growth tactics
• Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal English skills; able to craft compelling native-style copy for international audiences and collaborate effectively with global teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Content Creation Expertise: Advanced skills in videography, video editing, or graphic design; proven track record of creating high-performing video content or viral campaigns
• Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with growth analytics tools, marketing automation platforms, and A/B testing frameworks
