We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist with strong brand instincts. An experienced marketer, someone who understands that execution without intention weakens a brand, and that great marketing requires restraint as much as creativity.
This role reports directly to the owner and works closely with other strategists and designers to ensure that what we say, design, and deploy actually feels like the brand we’ve defined.
- Execute multi-channel marketing initiatives with brand consistency and intention, including email, digital advertising, websites, organic social, and content
- Support email marketing and automation using platforms such as Mailchimp, Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar tools
- Assist in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads, with attention to creative alignment, audience intent, and message clarity
- Maintain and update websites in WordPress or e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, ensuring content, UX, and structure reflect the brand
- Collaborate with designers and other strategists to ensure execution reflects the strategy
- Use Google Analytics (GA4) and platform reporting to understand performance
- Balance multiple initiatives without sacrificing quality, keeping projects organized, documented, and moving forward
- 3+ years of marketing experience (agency or fast-paced environment preferred)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar)
- Marketing automation concepts
- Website CMS (WordPress and similar)
- Google Analytics (required)
- Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Content scheduling platforms
- A working understanding of brand fundamentals: positioning, tone, consistency, and audience perception
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.)
- Strong understanding of content marketing and social media management
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and ad platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus
