You will be in charge of our marketing and partnerships, including online advertising, wedding expos and shows, SEO and grassroots partnerships with planners, vendors and venues.
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager of Marketing and Vendor Partnerships to lead our marketing initiatives and develop strong relationships with key vendors. This role requires a highly motivated professional with expertise in the wedding industry, digital marketing, content creation, and partnership management. The ideal candidate will drive brand growth through innovative marketing strategies, oversee multichannel campaigns, and foster collaborative vendor relationships to enhance our market presence. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels including SEO, AEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and advertising.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms to optimize performance.
- Oversee traditional wedding marketing platforms, such as The Knot and Wedding Wire.
- Execute in-person marketing through wedding shows, expos and venue open houses.
- Oversee content marketing efforts including copywriting and blogging.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and analyze data to inform strategic decisions; prepare reports on ROI and KPIs.
- Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives; support product launches and promotional events.
- Manage budgets for marketing campaigns ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels.
- Develop grassroots partnership strategy to build and develop key relationships with wedding vendors, wedding planners, venue owners and other key partners.
Skills
- Proven expertise in digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, multichannel marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing strategies.
- Experience with GoHighLevel with a major plus.
- Experience with graphic design, web design, WordPress, Canva, video editing.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze market trends and consumer insights.
- Exceptional copywriting skills for creating compelling content tailored for various platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage advertising sales processes and develop strategic vendor partnerships.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in budgeting, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and product management processes.
- Ability to work independently while leading a team towards achieving strategic goals in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a proactive marketer who thrives on innovation, analytics-driven decision-making, and building meaningful partnerships that drive business growth.
