We are looking for a passionate and dynamic A&R Specialist to identify, sign, and develop new musical talent while managing existing artist relationships. The role involves scouting emerging artists, overseeing music production, and ensuring creative and commercial success across all releases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Discover and onboard new artists, producers, and composers aligned with the company’s creative goals.
- Manage artist development and music projects from ideation to release, ensuring timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with production, marketing, and digital teams to execute campaigns effectively.
- Stay updated on music trends, streaming insights, and audience preferences to guide strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in A&R, artist management or music production.
- Strong understanding of the music ecosystem, trends, and artist development.
- Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage audio streaming platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, Gaana, etc.

- Devising and Implementing strategies for New Content Promotion
