Role Description

This full-time, on-site role in Lucknow involves delivering high-quality digital marketing training to individuals and groups. The Digital Marketing Trainer will create lesson plans, conduct interactive training sessions, and provide real-world insights into digital marketing concepts such as social media marketing, SEO, and other essential skills. Additionally, the trainer will guide participants through practical assignments, provide constructive feedback, and ensure they are industry-ready with up-to-date knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Training skills to effectively convey concepts and mentor learners.
• In-depth knowledge of Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Sales strategies.
• Ability to create and deliver structured training programs tailored to diverse groups.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on practical tools and applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred (equivalent experience considered).
• Additional certifications in digital marketing will be beneficial.
