Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist
What you will do daily
Landing Page Optimization (70%)
- Build landing pages using Unbounce, Instapage, or WordPress + Elementor
- Run 3-4 A/B tests per account monthly (headlines, CTAs, forms, layouts)
- Optimize for mobile-first and 90+ PageSpeed scores
- Reduce form friction, add trust signals
Analysis & Reporting (20%)
- Analyze user behavior with Hotjar/Lucky Orange
- Map funnels, identify drop-off points
- Create monthly reports for internal team
Team Collaboration (10%)
- Coordinate with PPC and SEO teams
- Provide summaries for client calls
- Note: You won't talk to clients—our CSM team handles that
Must Haves
Experience
- 2-4 years in CRO, landing page design, or optimization
- Proven conversion improvements (have specific examples ready)
- B2B lead generation experience (forms/calls)—NOT e-commerce
Technical Skills
- Build pages with Unbounce/Instapage OR WordPress + Elementor
- Run A/B tests (Google Optimize, VWO, etc.)
- Google Analytics (funnels, conversion tracking)
- Basic HTML/CSS helpful
Core Knowledge
- CRO best practices (CTAs, forms, mobile-first, trust signals)
- Page speed impact on conversion
- Heatmap tools (Hotjar, Lucky Orange)
Communication
- Strong written English for reports
- Client calls NOT required (CSM handles)
Nice to Have
- Google PageSpeed optimization (90+ scores)
- Call tracking tools (CallRail, CallTrackingMetrics)
- Multi-industry experience
