About The Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Business Presentation Specialist (Intern)
to support our marketing and sales enablement teams. The role involves transforming complex product information into visually compelling presentations, brochures, and business communication materials. The ideal candidate enjoys storytelling through design, understands technology/SaaS concepts, and can simplify information into clear, persuasive visuals.

- Presentation & Brochure Development
- Create high-quality business presentations, sales decks, and marketing materials that clearly communicate product value.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency with brand guidelines, messaging, tone, and design standards.
- Visual Storytelling & Messaging
- Translate product features, benefits, and use cases into compelling business narratives.
- Communicate “why it’s needed” and “how we help” using customer-centric messaging.
- Design layouts, graphics, icons, and simple infographics to improve clarity and engagement.
- Collaboration & Research
- Work with product marketing, sales, and design teams to gather inputs and content clarifications.
- Research customer pain points, market needs, and product capabilities to enhance content accuracy.
- Review existing collateral and suggest improvements for clarity and visual appeal.
- Quality Control & Consistency
- Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables.
- Maintain high standards for visual quality, formatting, messaging, and readability.
- Participate in review cycles and refine drafts based on feedback.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, Mass Media, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, or similar presentation tools.
- Basic design understanding — layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Good written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Ability to research independently and convert findings into structured content.
- Creative thinking with an eye for clean, modern design.
- Familiarity with SaaS, CRM systems, or mobile productivity tools.
- Experience with design tools such as Illustrator, Figma, or Adobe InDesign.
- Ability to create diagrams, workflows, or simple infographics.
- Prior internship or project experience in marketing, design, or content creation.
