Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Website Marketing Lead who would manage/optimize & be the single point of accountability for our digital presence — responsible for strategy, performance, and ROI from all website-driven channels (including Paid Ads). This role combines marketing strategy, analytics, UX optimization, and technology coordination to ensure our website(s) delivers measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will blend technical website management expertise with strategic marketing insight, ensuring our site delivers a consistent brand message and measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end website management & performance — traffic, engagement, conversion, and revenue attribution.
- Ensure seamless content updates, navigation, and performance improvements.
- Manage integrations between Drupal, Odoo CRM, and marketing automation tools
- Develop and implement SEO, SEM, and content optimization strategies for all business units.
- Use AI-powered SEO tools for keyword research, topic clustering, and meta optimization.
- Leverage AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO) for generating and refining web copy.
- Personalize web experiences using AI-based content recommendations and behavioral insights
- Plan and manage the digital marketing budget for website and Paid Ads, ensuring ROI.
- Ensure brand consistency, messaging accuracy, and alignment with overall Taevas brand tone.
- Drive ongoing improvements in UX/UI, navigation, and conversion funnels.
- Create & Oversee content updates, landing page builds, and technical SEO best practices.
- Coordinate with Content & Design teams for visuals, blogs, and campaigns.
- Work with IT team to maintain uptime, page speed, analytics, and integrations (Odoo, CRM, etc.).
- Launch and optimize Paid Ads and remarketing campaigns in collaboration with marketing analytics.
- Track and report performance KPIs — organic traffic, bounce rate, conversions, cost per lead, ROI.
- Analyze data to drive decisions on paid vs organic investments.
- Present monthly performance scorecards and insights to leadership.
Skills & Competencies
- Deep knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and PPC tools.
- Hands-on with CMS platforms (Drupal, Odoo/Hubspot, Webflow, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in web analytics tools and AI-based marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills; able to interpret data and present insights.
- Experience in lead funnel optimization and A/B testing.
- Excellent coordination and project management skills.
- Analytical & Creative mindset with attention to brand aesthetics and messaging.
