We are looking for a
Performance Marketing Specialist
who is a high-velocity, data-driven executor. This is an operational role where you will manage multi-million dollar global budgets, but with flexibility and the creative license to redefine how to do SEM. You are the engine room of our SEM operations, turning data insights into winning campaigns across global markets and languages.
What You’ll Do (Main Accountabilities)
- Excellent Command of SEM Operations: Own the end-to-end execution and scaling of global SEM and PMax accounts. You will manage high-complexity accounts across dozens of markets, ensuring flawless account hygiene and market-leading performance.
- Analytical Decision-Making: You don’t make changes based on "gut feel." You take a rigorous, data-driven approach to operations, using performance data to identify leakage, optimize bidding structures, and drive every tactical pivot.
- Relentless Account Optimization: Lead the "test-and-learn" backlog. You are responsible for the granularity of success, A/B testing ad copy, and refining feed structures to squeeze maximum ROI from our accounts.
- Scalable Strategy & Automation: This is not a button-pusher role. You have the autonomy to build your own scripts, leverage SQL/BigQuery, and/or work internally to build and implement automation tools that allow a lean team to manage massive global scale with high precision.
- Cross-Functional Agility: Work directly with the Senior Manager and Vertical Business teams (Hotels/Cars). You will translate supply-side needs into marketing reality, ensuring our campaigns are perfectly synced with inventory and regional trends.
What You’ll Need (Capabilities)
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business related field such as Mathematics, Business Analytics or any other related disciplines.
- 2-4+ years of working experience in Search Marketing (SEM).
- Highly analytical, intellectually curious, data-driven, and possesses an open-minded approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal). Mandarin is a significant plus.
- SQL, basic programming experience a plus.
