Your Mission: The Role

You are a strategic, revenue-owning, and outcome-delivering forward-deployed solver (fds), directly driving top-of-funnel growth and ensuring high-quality leads translate into revenue. This isn't your typical marketing role; it's about being a hands-on strategist with a technical mind who acts as the crucial bridge between marketing efforts and sales results.

You'll serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for pipeline generation, ruthlessly optimizing the process from lead qualification to hand-off to the sales team. You'll get into the weeds, defining the right accounts, crafting targeted outreach plans, and owning the quality of every single lead.

Let's be clear: this is a role for a builder and a gatekeeper. You will be 100% accountable for generating and the integrity of the marketing funnel, the strategic alignment of all initiatives, custodian of the brand guidelines and the tangible revenue generated from your efforts.

Your mission is to partner with our sales team, leveraging a process-first mindset to build a robust, high-quality pipeline that genuinely enables growth.

Strategic Pipeline & Revenue Ownership

• Own the revenue. Forecast. Chase. Close. Deliver.
• Proactively generate, vet, and qualify leads, serving as the ultimate gatekeeper for our marketing funnel.
• Manage a seamless hand-off process with the sales team, ensuring every lead is primed for conversion.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution

• Create targeted account lists and conduct in-depth research of the accounts before initiating outreach.
• Architect and execute an account-specific marketing plan that aligns with both business goals and our brand voice.
• Collaborate directly with the collaterals team to ensure all marketing materials are strategically aligned and optimized for impact as per branding guidelines.

Data & Technology Acumen

• Apply your understanding of technology, data, and analytics to inform and refine every aspect of your marketing strategy.
• Leverage data insights to continuously improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall revenue contribution.
• Ensure all marketing initiatives are grounded in data-driven decisions, not just creative impulses.

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Revenue & Pipeline Management: Expert ability to own and manage the top-of-funnel pipeline, directly contributing to revenue targets and ensuring high-quality lead flow.
• Strategic Go-to-Market Planning: Proven capability to create targeted account lists, conduct client profiling, and develop comprehensive marketing plans.
• Strong experience in B2B services industry.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partners seamlessly with sales and content/collateral teams, acting as a crucial liaison and gatekeeper for all marketing initiatives.
• Tech & Data Fluency: Possesses a foundational understanding of technology, data, and analytics, leveraging insights to drive data-driven marketing decisions.

Tech Superpowers

• Analytics Acumen: Proficiently leverages data from marketing platforms and project metrics to inform strategy, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement.
• MarTech Tool Mastery: Experienced in using and optimizing enterprise-grade marketing and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) to manage programs and track progress.
• Technical Literacy: Understands and articulates how technical concepts and solutions create business value and solve real-world problems.

Experience & Relevance

• Engineering/MBA Pedigree: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/MBA, providing you with a strong, structured problem-solving foundation.
• USA Market Acumen (Bonus): You possess a proven track record of working in and understanding the unique dynamics of the USA region.
• Comfortable working in the US shift (4 pm to 1 am).
• Commercial Contribution: A history of directly contributing to business development and revenue generation through marketing efforts.
