Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Bengaluru
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in website management using CMS platforms such as Sitecore or Adobe Experience Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in the B2B sector, with a bonus for those who have managed eCommerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update website content using CMS platforms ( Sitecore, AEM etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure website content aligns with marketing campaigns and brand guidelines
- Optimize website performance, SEO, and user experience
- Monitor and analyse website traffic and user behaviour using tools like Google Analytics
- Support digital marketing campaigns including email marketing, paid media, and social media
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all digital platforms
- Assist in the integration and management of eCommerce functionalities (if applicable)
- Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate with developers or IT teams for resolution
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and website management
- Proficiency in CMS platforms such as Sitecore, AEM, Drupal, or similar
- Strong understanding of B2B Digital marketing strategies and customer journeys
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and web analytics tools
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Bigcommerce, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) is a plus
- Excellent communication and project management skills
Preferred Skills
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Experience with marketing automation tools (Salesforce)
- Understanding of digital advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
