Role Overview
We’re looking for a
performance-driven Meta Ads Expert
with hands-on experience in
fashion or D2C brands
. The role focuses on scaling revenue through
high-converting Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
, creative testing, and data-led optimization.
You should understand
fashion buying behaviour
, trends, creatives, and how to turn content into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and scale
Meta Ads (Sales/Conversion focused campaigns)
- Manage full-funnel campaigns:
Prospecting, Retargeting & Scaling
- Work closely with the creative team to:
- Brief UGC creators & designers
- Test hooks, formats, angles & messaging
- Optimize campaigns for
ROAS, CPA, CTR & AOV
- Handle:
- Audience strategy (interest, LALs, retargeting)
- Budget allocation & scaling
- Creative testing frameworks
- Analyze performance using Ads Manager & GA
- Stay updated with Meta algorithm changes & best practices
- Coordinate with website/tech team for tracking & pixel health
Must-Have Skills
- Proven experience running
Meta Ads for fashion or D2C brands
- Strong understanding of:
- Conversion campaigns
- Advantage+ vs Manual setups
- Creative testing & scaling
- Experience working with
UGC & influencer content
- Data-driven mindset with clear reporting & insights
- Ability to independently manage ad accounts end-to-end
Good to Have
- Experience with brands doing
₹5L+ monthly ad spend
- Knowledge of Shopify & basic CRO
- Understanding of fashion seasonality & launches
- Experience with multiple collections / drops
