Role Overview
We’re looking for a TikTok Marketing Specialist to build and scale Wiingy’s presence on TikTok. This role is about creating platform-native, high-retention content that resonates with our audience, while driving brand awareness, traffic, and meaningful engagement in the US market.
You’ll own content ideation, execution, and performance analysis end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Research TikTok trends, formats, hooks, and creator styles relevant to education
- Create short-form videos that feel native (not ads)
- Experiment with different content formats (UGC-style, POVs, explainers, trends)
- Track performance metrics (watch time, saves, comments, CTR) and iterate fast
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content with growth goals

- Proven TikTok experience
(personal creator account or brand account)
- Clear examples of TikTok videos you’ve created

- Hands-on understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and content cycles
- Experience analyzing performance and iterating based on data
