Requirements:
We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns that deliver scalable growth and strong ROI. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with a proven ability to acquire customers, improve conversion performance, and translate insights into actionable strategies across paid and organic channels.
You will own campaign performance end-to-end from strategy and execution to analysis and optimization, working closely with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with broader business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid search and paid social platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram
- Analyze campaign data to track performance, identify trends, and deliver clear insights and optimization recommendations
- Design and manage A/B tests across audiences, ad creative, messaging, and landing pages to improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with user experience and conversion best practices
- Manage and optimize advertising budgets to maximize efficiency, scalability, and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Establish performance benchmarks, reporting frameworks, and dashboards to communicate results to internal stakeholders and clients
- Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and emerging performance marketing tactics to maintain a competitive advantage
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital advertising
- Proven expertise across major digital advertising platforms and analytics tools, including Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain performance results and strategies
- Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and collaborative environment
