About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and multi-skilled Digital Marketing Specialist who can manage end-to-end content creation, video editing, social media management, SEO, and branding across platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and others.This role suits someone who is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong storytelling and digital growth mindset.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Writing & Strategy
• Write compelling content for LinkedIn, YouTube, website blogs, emailers, newsletters, and
landing pages.
• Develop content calendars and monthly campaign plans.
• Create SEO-friendly blogs, captions, ad copies, and scripts.
2. Social Media Management (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across all social media platforms.
• Manage company’s LinkedIn page, optimize content for reach & engagement.
• Upload, optimize, and maintain YouTube channel content with attractive titles, thumbnails,
tags, and descriptions.
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
3. Video Editing & Creative Production
• Shoot, edit, and produce short-form and long-form videos for YouTube, reels, and marketing
campaigns.
• Create engaging reels, shorts, motion graphics, and promotional videos.
• Design thumbnails, banners, and basic creative graphics using Canva/Adobe tools.
4. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Keyword research, competitor analysis, and website optimization.
• Track and improve Google rankings and organic traffic.
• Optimize YouTube SEO (tags, keywords, metadata).
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Prepare weekly and monthly analytics reports across LinkedIn, YouTube, and
website.
• Track engagement, impressions, conversions, and ROI.
• Continuously improve content based on insights.
Required Skills
• Strong writing skills (English proficiency, storytelling ability).
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar video tools.
• Knowledge of Canva / Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator (basic).
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram & YouTube algorithms.
• SEO tools knowledge: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs (optional).
• Creativity, time management, and consistency.
• Ability to work independently end-to-end.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing/social media/content/video editing roles.
• Portfolio of past work (mandatory).
