Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist responsible for
building and managing our brand presence across social and digital channels
, with equal focus on
corporate client branding
and
social hiring
. This role sits at the intersection of
brand strategy, content execution, and growth marketing
. The ideal candidate understands how to position a premium service brand for decision-makers while also attracting high-quality talent through the same channels.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Brand Marketing
- Build and manage our brand presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
- Create and publish content aimed at corporate decision-makers, executive assistants, event planners, and travel managers
- Develop messaging that reinforces trust, reliability, and premium service standards
- Support brand positioning for B2B partnerships, events, and corporate accounts
- Ensure consistent tone, visuals, and messaging across all digital touchpoints
Social Hiring & Employer Branding
- Design and execute social hiring campaigns for chauffeurs, operations staff, and corporate roles
- Build employer-branding content that highlights professionalism, standards, and growth opportunities
- Manage recruitment-focused campaigns and optimise application funnels from social platforms
- Collaborate with HR and operations to align hiring priorities with campaign execution
Content Strategy & Execution
- Develop and manage a content calendar covering both corporate branding and hiring objectives
- Create written and visual content including posts, short videos, carousels, and recruitment creatives
- Work with designers or create brand-aligned assets independently
- Adapt messaging by platform while maintaining a cohesive brand identity
Campaigns, Analytics & Optimisation
- Plan and manage organic and paid campaigns for brand awareness and recruitment
- Track performance metrics such as engagement, lead quality, and conversion rates
- Continuously refine campaigns based on data and business outcomes
- Provide regular performance summaries and insights to leadership

Required Qualifications**
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on branding and social media
- Demonstrated experience managing LinkedIn and Instagram for B2B or premium service brands
- Experience running social hiring or recruitment campaigns
- Strong understanding of content strategy, audience targeting, and brand positioning
- Excellent written communication skills in English
Preferred Experience
- Experience marketing across both Canadian and US markets
- Background in corporate services, transportation, luxury, or B2B industries
- Familiarity with paid social advertising and performance optimisation
- Ability to balance creative execution with data-driven decision-making
