Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Creator Outreach & Growth Executive to identify, connect with, and onboard creators to the PDing platform.

This role focuses on leveraging X (formerly Twitter) to search for suitable creators, reach out via direct messages, and persuade them to actively join and engage on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Use X (Twitter) to search for creators who are a strong fit for the PDing platform.
Evaluate creator profiles based on content quality, relevance, and follower base.
Reach out to creators via DMs and introduce the PDing platform.
Convince creators to join and remain active on the platform.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential creators.
Track outreach progress and report performance results as required.

Working Hours

9 hours per day
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (India Time)
This position offers a base salary of USD 500/month , plus performance-based incentives .

Compensation & Incentives

This role is performance-based, with incentives determined by the number of followers of each successfully recruited creator.

Creator Follower Count Incentive Payment

100K+ : $500

50K - 100K : $400

30K - 50K : $300

10K - 30K : $100

5K - 10K : $30

1K - 5K : $10

Under 1K : $0.50

Probation Period

1-month probation period
Performance during probation will be evaluated based on outreach quality, conversion rate, and creator engagement.
