Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote - India) We are hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize performance marketing for our fast-growing e-commerce business, with a strong focus on Snapchat Ads .

This role is execution-driven and measured by CPA, ROAS, and daily performance .

Key Responsibilities

Run and optimize campaigns on Snapchat, Meta, and Google Ads
Monitor daily spend, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
Scale winners and pause underperforming ads
Ensure each product/category has separate ad sets
Coordinate with the content team for creatives
Update performance daily in ClickUp
Identify website or tracking issues and report them
Provide short, clear performance reports

Requirements

Strong Snapchat Ads experience (mandatory)
E-commerce performance marketing background
Understanding of CPA, ROAS, retargeting
Comfortable with ClickUp and reporting
Fast execution and accountability

This is a performance role , not a branding or content-only job.

Requirements Proven expertise in web analytics and online marketing .

Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify , Zid , or Salla , preferably within a retail environment .

Strong familiarity with digital marketing trends , tools, and performance tracking.

Prior experience in the e-commerce or retail sector within Saudi Arabia is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to manage funded campaigns with a focus on increasing ROI and conversion rates .
