CRM + adtech + automation in one powerful solution. We’re on a mission to onboard 1,000

clients and are looking for a rockstar Sales Manager who’s sold CRM solutions before and can

close high-intent B2B leads.

What You’ll Do:

● Own the complete sales cycle – from discovery to demo to close

● Conduct product demos with founders, sales heads, and marketers

● Strategically convert free trial users to paid clients

● Generate new business via LinkedIn outreach, cold email, and client referrals

● Collaborate with the product team to ensure client feedback improves the platform

● Maintain accurate CRM records (yes, we walk the talk!)

Qualification:

● 4–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, especially CRM tools like Zoho, Kylas,

Pipedrive, or Salesforce

● Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets

● Strong command of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and pipeline management

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills

● Startup mindset: resourceful, proactive, and a team player.

You’re a Fit If You Have

❖ Proven experience in sales management, preferably in SaaS, AI, or CRM platforms

❖ Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and manage a sales team

❖ Strong skills in market research, lead generation, and relationship building

❖ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

❖ Understanding of CRM tools, AI applications, and business intelligence features

❖ Proficiency in using sales and marketing software

❖ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree is a plus

❖ Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
