We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Client Support Executives (Chat Support).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide real-time customer support through the company’s chat platform
- Respond to customer queries in a professional, timely, and empathetic manner
- Assist customers with product-related questions and service usage
- Identify issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution or escalation
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Ensure a positive customer experience by demonstrating patience, clarity, and problem-solving skills
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Strong customer-centric attitude with empathy and professionalism
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort with using multiple tools and systems
Experience:
- Freshers to 0–6 months of customer support experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
