As part of our brand growth initiatives, we are seeking a confident and camera-friendly Social Media Influencer / Content Creator who can authentically represent Offshore Marketers through high-quality, reel-based video content, helping us build stronger visibility, credibility, and engagement across our social media platforms.

Role Overview

We are looking for HR-focused Content Creators / Influencers to create engaging, value-driven content around recruitment, HR solutions, workplace culture, compliance, and career development.

Key Responsibilities

• Create short-form video content explaining HR and recruitment-related topics
• Share insights on hiring trends, employee engagement, workplace culture, and compliance
• Promote HR services, tools, or solutions through authentic and informative content
• Produce UGC-style content for company marketing and branding use
• Collaborate with the team on campaign ideas, messaging, and content themes
• Maintain consistency with professional tone and brand guidelines

Requirements

• Experience or strong interest in HR, recruitment, or career-related content
• Active presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, or TikTok
• Confident in explaining professional topics in a clear and engaging manner
• Comfortable appearing on camera or creating voice-led/video content
• Reliable, deadline-driven, and open to feedback

Engagement Duration
