We are urgently looking for a Performance Marketing Associate who can independently plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for lead generation across major digital platforms.
About the Role
As a Performance Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for managing and scaling paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. This role requires a hands-on marketer who is comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end, from setup to optimization while working closely with creative and analytics teams.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who understands performance marketing fundamentals and is ready to lead ads independently in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Independently set up, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, App/UAC if applicable).
- Daily Monitoring & Optimization: Track daily spends, bids, and performance metrics to ensure efficiency and budget adherence.
- Creative Collaboration: Coordinate with design and content teams to brief creatives, analyze performance, and suggest data-backed iterations.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Run experiments on ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to identify high-performing combinations.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Maintain daily and weekly dashboards tracking key funnel metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA/CPI, ROAS, and ROI.
- Audience & Funnel Analysis: Analyze user behavior and funnel drop-offs to improve conversions and campaign performance.
- Budget Management: Optimize spends to maximize ROI while meeting business goals.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years in digital/performance marketing (Agency or Brand side).
- Platform Knowledge: Min of 1 year hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Analytics & Tracking: Basic understanding of tools like Google Analytics, Branch, Metabase, or similar.
- Data Skills: Strong with numbers and comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets.
- Communication: Clear communication and strong collaboration skills.
- Mindset: Ownership-driven, analytical, and performance-focused.
