Client Success Manager

We’re hiring a
Client Success Manager
to own and grow client relationships for a digital-first marketing firm serving high-growth clients in outdoor hospitality and related industries.
This is the
first hire in this role
with strong visibility and direct collaboration with leadership. The focus is client retention, expansion, and results - not just project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Own post-onboarding client relationships
- Lead client calls, monthly reviews, and planning
- Translate marketing performance into business insights
- Drive retention and identify expansion opportunities
- Partner closely with internal marketing and tech teams
Requirements
- 5–7+ years in client success, account management, or digital marketing
- Expertise in
3+ areas
: Google/Meta ads, SEO/AEO, funnels, CRM/automation, analytics
- Strong relationship, project management, and communication skills
- Experience owning and expanding accounts post-sale
