The Role
You’ll be at the center of some of Cognitiv’s most important platform partnerships — working post-sale with DSPs, publishers, and retail media networks to drive performance, adoption, and long-term growth.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who loves digging into programmatic details, navigating complex technical and commercial setups, and building trusted relationships over time. You’ll partner closely with our Senior Client Success Manager, Platforms and collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Product, Engineering, and Data Science to ensure our partners succeed end-to-end.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the trusted partner.
You’ll serve as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of platform partners, developing a deep understanding of their business goals, workflows, and success metrics.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience.
You’ll respond to partner needs with urgency and clarity, coordinate solutions across teams, and build trust through consistent follow-through.
- Own performance insights.
You’ll monitor and analyze performance trends to surface risks, opportunities, and optimization ideas — and know when and how to escalate insights internally.
- Become a platform expert.
You’ll build strong fluency in Cognitiv’s platform and how it fits into each partner’s tech stack, integrations, and operating model.
- Guide adoption and implementation.
You’ll help partners navigate onboarding, feature launches, and ongoing adoption to ensure a smooth, effective experience.
- Support strategic partnerships.
You’ll work alongside the Sr. Client Success Manager to manage complex relationships, bespoke setups, and evolving partner needs.
- Be the voice of the partner internally.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to ensure partner feedback is clearly communicated and meaningfully acted on.
Who You Are
- A programmatic pro.
You bring 3–5 years of experience in programmatic media or ad tech, ideally in a client-facing role like Client Success, Account Management, Solutions, or Platform Success.
- Platform-savvy.
You’ve worked hands-on with DSPs, SSPs, or media platforms — including deal setup, troubleshooting, and campaign optimization.
- Data-literate and analytical.
You’re comfortable analyzing performance trends and translating data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.
- A strong communicator.
You can simplify technical concepts for different audiences and present confidently in client-facing conversations, both written and verbal.
- Relationship-driven.
You know that trust is built through reliability, clarity, and execution — and you consistently show up that way for partners.
- Comfortable with complexity.
You can juggle multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and operate effectively in fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environments.
- Experienced in the ecosystem.
You’ve previously worked at an SSP or DSP and understand how platform partnerships really function.
Bonus Points
- Experience supporting bespoke or non-standard integrations
- Exposure to retail media networks or publisher-side platforms
- Familiarity with ML-driven optimization or performance products
- Experience supporting senior-level partner stakeholders
- Background in Solutions Engineering or Technical Account Management
Salary:
$130,000 - $150,000 USD Base Salary + Equity
