Job Opening: Full-Time AI Engineer at Infinite Labs Digital
Are you an AI Engineer with experience in building scalable AI systems, voice AI, and automation workflows? Infinite Labs Digital is looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our team full-time. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI-driven solutions that power our digital projects. You'll work closely with our talented team to deliver innovative tools, systems, and automation processes for diverse applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI systems with a focus on voice AI and automation workflows using platforms like N8N, Voiceflow, and OpenAI.
- Build scalable automation tools to enhance internal operations and customer-facing systems, integrating AI-driven workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams to identify opportunities for AI-enhanced solutions.
- Develop agentic workflows to streamline tasks, enhance user engagement, and improve overall system efficiency.
- Integrate AI and automation tools into existing infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across front-end and back-end systems.
- Monitor and optimize AI models to improve workflow automation and user experience.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in developing voice AI and automation workflows using platforms like N8N, Voiceflow, Retell, and Voiceglow.
- Expertise in building scalable AI systems and agentic workflows, with a focus on enhancing user experiences and business processes.
- Proficiency in integrating and automating systems using tools such as make.com, VAPI, Synthflow, and similar platforms.
- Solid experience in full-stack development, including backend technologies such as Node.js, ReactJS, and Firebase.
- Experience with AI-driven system integration into complex digital ecosystems and customer-facing platforms.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with integrating voice, messaging, and video capabilities using Twilio or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM and payment gateway integrations, especially in AI-powered environments.
