The Opportunity
Join us as the trusted advisor to our customers, ensuring they unlock the full potential of our platform. You'll play a pivotal role in bridging clients' operational needs with our product roadmap, helping us continuously innovate for the industry.
This role requires someone who is equally comfortable leading product demos, training customers on workflows, and engaging with the spirits industry. You'll advocate for our customers internally and help shape Proof 8's next generation of features.
This isn't your typical customer success role. You'll help introduce cutting-edge technology to traditional operations, travel to some of the most renowned facilities in the industry, and directly influence how our platform evolves to meet real industry needs.
