The Role
We’re looking for a
Customer Success Manager
who thrives at delivering high-touch client experiences and managing complex relocation journeys. This is a client-facing role where you’ll own a portfolio of 50–60 clients, guiding them from onboarding through post-move support.
You’ll coordinate with relocation partners—including immigration lawyers, tax advisors, school agencies, and real estate professionals—while ensuring every client feels supported, informed, and confident throughout the process. This is a great fit for someone with strong organizational and communication skills who enjoys helping people navigate life-changing transitions abroad.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the
primary point of contact
for 50–60 clients ($1M+ portfolio) throughout their relocation journey.
- Own and manage client timelines, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (lawyers, housing agents, etc.) to keep processes moving smoothly.
- Deliver a concierge-level client experience with empathy, attention to detail, and professionalism.
- Anticipate client needs and provide proactive support to reduce escalations.
- Maintain accurate documentation in tools like Notion, GSuite, and our custom CRM powered by Salesforce.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Operations to ensure a seamless client journey.
- Share insights and feedback with the Business Operations, Senior CSM and Head of Customer Success to help improve team processes.

- A natural communicator and organizer who keeps details in order and timelines on track.
- Calm, empathetic, and reassuring when clients feel overwhelmed.
- Process-driven yet adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfortable managing multiple clients and priorities at once.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years in Customer Success, Client Services, or Account Management.
- Experience managing high-touch client relationships and complex service delivery.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with tools like Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, Zoom, Fathom, Close, AI tools, and our custom CRM powered by Salesforce.
- Experience working in fast-growth startups or dynamic environments.
Bonus points for:
- Background in relocation, immigration, or other high-touch service industries.
- Familiarity with Spanish visa processes or experience living abroad.
- Bilingual (Spanish & English)
