Job Description

We are looking for a Senior AI / ML Engineer with strong hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs). This role requires deep technical expertise in Python-based ML frameworks, end-to-end model development, and production-grade deployment of AI solutions.

The ideal candidate should be very strong in ML fundamentals, model architecture, data pipelines, and MLOps practices, with the ability to independently own AI initiatives and guide best practices.

Project Context

This role supports enterprise AI and data-driven initiatives by:

• Designing and building scalable ML and LLM-based solutions

• Fine-tuning and optimizing deep learning models

• Implementing robust ML pipelines and workflows

• Ensuring model accuracy, performance, and reliability in production

Key Responsibilities

Machine Learning & Model Development

• Design, train, evaluate, and deploy ML and DL models

• Build, fine-tune, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Apply NLP techniques for text-based AI solutions

• Perform feature engineering and model optimization

Frameworks & Technologies

• Develop ML solutions using Python

• Use TensorFlow and PyTorch for deep learning workflows

• Work with Spark for large-scale data processing

• Apply statistical and ML best practices

MLOps & Data Pipelines

• Build and maintain ML pipelines using MLflow, Kubeflow, and Airflow

• Track experiments, model versions, and performance metrics

• Automate training, testing, and deployment processes

Cloud & DevOps Exposure

• Deploy and manage ML solutions on AWS and/or Azure

• Work with cloud-native ML and data services

• Use GitHub for version control and collaboration

Collaboration & Ownership

• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and stakeholders

• Translate business requirements into AI/ML solutions

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical discussions

• Deliver high-quality solutions within defined timelines

Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)

• 6–8 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML

• Strong proficiency in Python

• Extensive experience with ML models, Deep Learning, and LLMs

• Hands-on expertise in TensorFlow and PyTorch

• Strong understanding of NLP techniques

• Experience working with AWS and/or Azure

• Practical experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow)

• Strong data handling skills with SQL
