Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Manager (CSM) to support our BYOD (Bring Your Own Data) offerings. This entry-level to early-career role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, building relationships, and contributing across customer success, sales, marketing, and business development efforts.
The Customer Success Manager will play a key role in onboarding customers, ensuring satisfaction, supporting adoption, and identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships. This position will be a mix of remote and on-site work, full-time position based on business needs and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers using our BYOD solutions.
- Support customer onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support customer needs.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, renewals, and customer growth.
- Assist with customer communications, feedback collection, and success metrics.
- Help document processes and contribute to improving the customer experience.
- Participate in on-site customer meetings or support as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Entry-level to early-career professional; relevant internships or experience welcomed.
- Minimum four year college degree.
- Interest or experience in customer success, sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a flexible, fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools, email, and productivity software is a plus.
- Interest in technology, mobility solutions, or BYOD environments is preferred.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
