The Opportunity
As an Account Manager, you will spend most of your time serving and strengthening relationships with existing importer customers. Your main focus will be on deepening customer engagement, creating an exceptional service experience, and ensuring customers continue to grow with us. A smaller part of the role will involve developing new business, usually through warm introductions or your existing network.
The ideal candidate brings a strong freight-forwarding background and a proven ability to grow revenue through cross-sell, upsell, and strategic account management.

Compensation
Shippabo is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices..The base compensation for this role is between $75,000-$85,000. Starting salary is commensurate with the candidate’s experience. With bonus, Year 1 OTE is expected to be between $100,000-$110,000. Actual compensation is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, location, and market demands. This range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
