Role Purpose:
The Senior Manager – Digital Marketing is responsible for leading the organization’s digital marketing strategy to drive brand visibility, engagement, lead generation, and growth across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute
end-to-end digital marketing strategy
aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead digital campaigns across
social media, search, display, email, website, and video platforms
.
- Oversee
content marketing, SEO, SEM, paid media, and social media marketing
.
- Drive
lead generation, conversion optimization, and audience growth
.
- Manage
brand positioning, messaging, and online reputation
.
- Analyze campaign performance using
analytics and dashboards
; optimize ROI.
- Coordinate with
creative, media, technology, and operations teams
.
- Manage
marketing budgets, agency partners, and vendors
.
- Plan and execute
digital promotions for events, programs, and campaigns
.
- Ensure consistency in
brand guidelines and communication
across platforms.
- Stay updated on
digital marketing trends, tools, and platform policies
.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the
digital marketing team
.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong expertise in
SEO, SEM, social media marketing, paid ads, and analytics
.
- Hands-on experience with
Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and marketing automation tools
.

Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
(MBA preferred).
- 10+ years
of experience in digital marketing, with
5+ years in a leadership role
.
- Experience in
large brands, agencies, media organizations, or mission-driven organizations
preferred.
