Job Purpose
We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and detail-oriented Content Manager to lead the content strategy and execution across digital platforms. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving awareness, acquisition, and engagement across our key product lines. You will collaborate with product, SEO, performance marketing, brand, legal, and external partners to build compelling content journeys across the funnel.
Roles & Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a full-funnel content strategy aligned with business and marketing goals.
- Own the content calendar across web, app, social and partners.
- Define content pillars across performance, brand, SEO, and LLM/AI-based discoverability.
Content Creation & Management
- Write, edit, and commission content for product pages, blogs, videos, and social media.
- Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and freelancers to ensure timely and high-quality output.
- Ensure tone of voice and messaging are consistent with the brand.
Performance & Optimization
- Partner with SEO and paid media teams to create high-impact, optimized content.
- Track content performance/business impact using GA4, Search Console, and CleverTap.
- Use A/B testing and data insights to iterate content for better conversion and discoverability.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure all content adheres to legal, compliance, and brand guidelines.
- Maintain a structured content repository and workflow using CMS, DAM, or project tools.
Emerging Channels & Innovation
- Stay updated on GenAI/LLM trends, optimize content for RAG and SGE visibility.
- Drive content personalization and modular content use cases across journeys.
Education Qualification
Graduation: Bachelor’s degree any relevant stream
Post-graduation: Any Stream
Experience:
05+ years of relevant experience.
