Role Overview
As a Program Manager for Partnerships, you will be the "engine room" of Moneyview’s distribution network. You will sit at the intersection of Business, Product, Tech and Risk, ensuring that our strategic alliances are not only scaling rapidly but are also technically robust and compliant. You will be responsible for the end-to-end health of the partnership—from the
first API handshake to long-term portfolio profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Funnel Optimization & Business Growth
- Conversion Mastery: Deep-dive into the partner funnel (Lead → Application → Credit Decision → Disbursement) to identify drop-offs. Implement product tweaks to improve LTD (Lead-to-Disbursement) ratios.
- Growth Strategy: Identify opportunities to increase the "Share of Wallet" with existing partners through better product placement and journey improvements.
- Portfolio Health: Partner with the Credit & Risk teams to monitor lead quality. Balance aggressive growth with the need to keep delinquency (DPD) within defined thresholds.
- Tech Integration & Product Delivery
- End-to-End Onboarding: Own the technical project lifecycle for new partners, bridging the gap between external platforms and internal Product and Engineering teams.
- Data Infrastructure: Lead the setup and management of blackbox deployments, and secure data sharing protocols (SFTPs, APIs, Webhooks), ensuring zero-error data exchange between entities.
- Integration Excellence: Work with tech teams to ensure low-latency API performance and high success rates for data pings.
- Cross-functional excellence: Serve as the internal voice of the partner to prioritize partner requests across cross-functional teams, including engineering, legal, compliance, and others.
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Regulatory Rigor: Ensure every partner journey and data-sharing protocol is 100% compliant with RBI digital lending guidelines and Moneyview’s internal risk policies.
- Audit & Governance: Manage documentation and periodic audits of partner integrations to ensure data security and transparency.
- Scalability & Process Improvement
- Operational Efficiency: Identify recurring manual bottlenecks in the partnership lifecycle and work with the team to set up automated MIS or standardized SOPs to build a more scalable distribution engine.
- Regulatory Governance & Escalation Management
- RBI Compliance: Act as the primary custodian for regulatory adherence across all partner journeys. Ensure that every digital touchpoint—from lead capture to the Key Fact Statement (KFS)—aligns with the latest RBI Digital Lending Guidelines (DLG).
- Structural Resolution of Escalations: Handle high-priority customer escalations originating from partner platforms. Rather than just resolving tickets, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify if the issue is a technical bug, a credit policy misunderstanding, or a UX friction point.
- Grievance Redressal Framework: Partner with the Customer Success and Legal teams to ensure that partner-led originations meet Moneyview’s internal benchmarks for transparency and fair practice codes.
The Ideal Candidate
- Fintech Domain Expertise: 3–5 years of experience in Fintech (Personal Loans or Credit Cards would be an added advantage). You must understand the nuances of the lending lifecycle.
- Data-Driven Growth Mindset: You live in the data. Advanced Excel/SQL skills are a must to track funnel performance and identify growth levers.
- Technical Interface: You are comfortable working with Product Managers and Developers. You understand how APIs and SFTPs work and can troubleshoot integration issues.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to navigate internal departments (Product, Risk, IT, Legal) to meet external partner timelines.
- Education: MBA or Engineering background is preferred.
