Senior Product Manager

Requirements: (Work from Office - 5 Days)

• Must have experience on Enterprise SAAS platforms

• Experience in one of the following is a must:

- HR Tech/HRIS products

- Identity & Access Management (IAM)

- Workflow Automation

- Developer Platforms, API Product Management, SDKs

• Knowledge of IAM protocols (SCIM, SAML, OAuth2) is preferred

• Excellent articulation and presentation skills. Able to successfully communicate complex topics

• Strong eye for Design and user-centered thinking

Experience:

• 7-10 years overall experience with at least 5 years in a PM role and at least 2 years as a Software Developer

Preferred Qualifications:

• Need to have a Computer Science related Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech. or similar)

• MBA is preferred
