As a
Client Success Partner (On-Site)
, you will work closely
inside client offices
, alongside their procurement and estimation teams, to ensure the platform is used in a way that
materially improves how projects are procured and estimated
.
It is a
relationship-led, outcome-driven, on-ground role
where you act as a trusted partner to the client and take full ownership of client success.
What You Will Do
1. Work Embedded Inside Client Teams
- Spend
1–2 days per week
at client offices
- Build strong working relationships with procurement heads, estimation teams, and project stakeholders
- Understand how procurement and estimation are actually executed on the ground
2. Improve Procurement & Estimation Outcomes
- Study existing procurement and estimation workflows
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and delays
- Guide teams on using the platform to improve:
- RFQ processes
- Vendor discovery and comparison
- Technical and commercial evaluations
- Internal alignment and clarity
- Provide hands-on support during
live procurement or estimation cycles
when required
3. Drive Adoption Through Alignment
- Align multiple stakeholders within the client organization
- Respectfully challenge existing processes and suggest better alternatives
- Ensure the platform becomes part of the client’s
daily procurement rhythm

4. Own Client Success & Renewals
- Act as the primary owner of client success outcomes
- Track and articulate value delivered to each client
- Lead renewal conversations grounded in
trust and demonstrated impact
- Drive long-term retention through consistent on-ground engagement
5. Act as a Feedback Bridge
- Work closely with:
- Vendor communication teams
- Technology and product teams
- Share structured feedback from real, on-ground usage
- Help adapt workflows to client-specific needs

- Reduced back-and-forth with vendors
- Faster RFQ closures and stronger vendor comparisons

Required Skills & Traits
- Strong in-person communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand and improve processes, not just execute tasks
- Confidence to challenge existing workflows constructively
- Comfortable working across multiple client locations in a week
- Curious, coachable, and comfortable with technology-enabled workflows
Nice to Have
- EPC, PMC, or large contractor background
- Experience handling multiple projects or sites
- Exposure to procurement tools, ERPs, or workflow systems
