About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager – Solar Module Sales
(All Over India)
to strengthen brand presence, support sales acceleration, and drive demand across domestic and international markets. This role plays a critical bridge between marketing strategy and sales execution in the fast-growing solar energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to promote solar module products
- Partner closely with sales teams to align campaigns with revenue and pipeline goals
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor positioning
- Create compelling marketing collateral, presentations, and digital content for sales enablement
- Manage digital and offline marketing channels including social media, trade shows, and industry events
- Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
- Support lead generation initiatives and nurture prospects through structured campaigns
- Track campaign performance, ROI, and conversion metrics
- Build relationships with EPC contractors, distributors, and industry stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in renewable energy or B2B manufacturing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate technical products into customer-focused value propositions
