Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager – Performance Marketing to lead and scale our performance marketing function. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving high-volume lead generation, revenue growth, and ROI through data-driven performance marketing strategies. This role demands strong leadership capabilities, deep analytical expertise, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor multiple performance marketing teams and team leads.
- Own and drive the overall performance marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue goals.
- Plan, execute, and optimize large-scale paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Display, Email, and emerging performance channels.
- Drive sustained improvements in lead generation, conversions, revenue, and ROI.
- Own and manage marketing budgets, forecasting, performance tracking, and leadership reporting.
- Analyze end-to-end funnel performance and improve CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and lead quality at scale.
- Implement and oversee advanced A/B testing frameworks for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.
- Partner closely with sales and admissions leadership to improve lead quality, conversion efficiency, and feedback loops.
- Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and scalable acquisition models.
- Collaborate with design, product, and tech teams to optimize landing pages and user journeys.
- Stay updated on market trends, platform changes, and competitive benchmarks.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies, brand guidelines, and data privacy standards.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketing analytics tools.
- Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and scaling performance marketing teams.
- Strong analytical, data interpretation, and performance reporting skills.
- Experience in high-volume, lead-generation–driven B2C environments (EdTech preferred).
- Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing and conversion optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple high-budget campaigns in fast-paced, growth-focused environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
