We are seeking an experienced and high-performing Customer Success Manager from b2b SaaS Company. Fintech industry. Efforts in the US and European markets . Excellent comms. Should have worked on renewals, retention, cross selling and up selling, churn, CSAT and must have handled US customers and Europe customers.
