Position: Customer Success Manager
Location: Navi Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Experience Required: 3+ years
Client: AI based voice solutions to businesses
Budget - 25 LPA
Responsibilities:
- Establish clear client retention goals
- Define success milestones for clients and internal teams to work towards
- Assist customers with setup and navigation across various programs
- Promote the value of the client’s software and services
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell software and services
- Drive value through an exceptional customer experience
- Assist in creating training courses and educational materials
- Review customer complaints and concerns to improve overall customer experience
- Assist in conducting periodic customer workshops
Requirements:
- Proven work experience of
3+ years
as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar role
- Mandatory experience working in a
SaaS organization
- Experience managing
mid-sized and large enterprise customers
in the Indian market
- Prior
quota-carrying experience
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
- Strong understanding of
SaaS and contact center technologies
, with a clear grasp of digital technology stacks including
APIs, middleware, and ecosystems
, and the ability to envision end-to-end solutions
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as
Developers, Program Managers, Sales, and Pre-sales
- Bachelor’s degree or
MBA preferred
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and work from the office location
