About the Role
We’re looking for a Freelance Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple digital channels. This role is highly execution-focused and data-driven, with ownership over campaign performance from strategy to reporting. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to drive measurable growth, improve efficiency, and scale high-performing acquisition programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy and execution across paid channels
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other paid platforms
- Manage budgets, bids, audience targeting, and creative testing to hit CPL, CPA, ROAS, and growth targets
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and audiences
- Analyze campaign performance using platform data, Google Analytics, and dashboards to surface actionable insights
- Build and maintain performance reports (weekly/monthly) with clear recommendations
- Collaborate with creative, design, and web teams to improve conversion rates and funnel performance
- Stay up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance or paid media marketing
- Proven experience managing and scaling paid campaigns with measurable results
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, events, and attribution models
- Comfortable working independently in a freelance/remote environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into decisions
Nice to Have
- Experience with B2B, SaaS, healthcare, or lead-generation campaigns
- Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs
- Experience improving landing page conversion rates and funnel performance
