Responsibilities
- We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to turbocharge M365 Copilot Chat growth by shaping the future of prompt assistance experiences.
- Millions of people use these experiences today, making them influential and widely seen areas that drive product discovery, user engagement, and retention.
- In this role, you will own high visibility initiatives that directly influence how millions of users discover, craft, and reuse prompts—driving both habitual engagement and long-term retention.
- You’ll partner deeply with engineering, design, and data science to build intelligent, personalized prompt ecosystems that feel effortless for users and meaningful for the business.
- You will be expected to deeply collaborate with cross-organizational teams, drive alignment, and exhibit strong thought leadership in framing the next wave of prompt assistance experiences.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience. Hands-on with ability to delve deep into data.
- Be comfortable in taking decisions - right or wrong – with whatever information available.
- Great with ability to articulate scenarios; decisions taken and issues plaguing the project.
- Comfortable in stakeholder management in a highly matrixed setup.
- Curiosity to constantly learn and generate new ideas

Microsoft Cloud Background Check
: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).
- 4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).
- 4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).
- Adept at using Gen AI tools like M365 Copilot to boost productivity at work.
- Hands on experience with Gen AI tools as a product builder – showcase your portfolio.
- Clear evidence of AI forward product management through evals and vibe coding.
- Bias for action to experiment, ship, and learn. You’ll turn ambiguity into action and help expand what’s possible with generative AI.
- Leadership mindset to drive complete thought from user need to measurable impact—by deeply empathizing with users and advocating for their experience across every touchpoint even if you aren’t the feature PM.
- Solid storytelling skills to connect the dots between the “why” and the “what” with clarity and conviction—whether it’s a pitch to leadership or a spec for engineering.
- Data will be your co-pilot in creating these highly persuasive narratives.
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders in a matrixed setup without any authority.
