About the Opportunity

Role Overview
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing online communities, supporting members, maintaining records, and ensuring a smooth and positive user experience across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and engage with online communities on platforms such as Discord and Telegram
- Respond to user queries, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly
- Manage social media posting schedules and engage with user comments across platforms
- Maintain and update daily operational records using Google Sheets
- Identify and troubleshoot general issues to ensure an uninterrupted member experience
- Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex concerns when required
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer success, community management, or a related role
- Excellent written English communication with a professional and friendly tone
- Proficiency in Discord, messaging platforms, and Google Sheets
- Reliable computer system and stable, high-speed internet connection
- Ability to work independently with high reliability and accountability
- Comfortable managing responsibilities during late-night or extended hours when required
