Customer Success Manager – Inside Sales

About the Role
We are hiring a high-performing Customer Success Manager – Inside Sales to drive growth in our US healthcare services division. This role focuses on selling credentialing, provider enrollment, licensing, and revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions to US healthcare providers, clinics, and group practices.
You will own the full sales cycle from first contact to closing while ensuring a world-class customer experience for every prospect. If you have strong inside-sales experience and understand the US healthcare revenue ecosystem, this role offers uncapped growth and long-term stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage inbound and outbound sales conversations with US healthcare providers and practice managers
- Qualify, consult, and close new customers for:
- Provider Credentialing & Enrollment
- Medical Licensing
- Billing & RCM services
- Drive monthly revenue targets through structured pipeline management
- Educate prospects on payer enrollment, compliance, timelines, and revenue impact
- Work closely with marketing and leadership to improve conversion rates
- Maintain accurate records of all leads, calls, deals, and follow-ups in CRM
- Track deal progress, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Participate in industry webinars, virtual events, and partner meetings as required
Required Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of Inside Sales experience (B2B or Healthcare preferred)
- Minimum 1 year selling US healthcare credentialing, billing, or enrollment services
- Strong understanding of:
- NPI, CAQH, PECOS
- Insurance payer enrollment
- Medical billing & RCM concepts
- Proven ability to close deals in a phone-based sales environment
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
- Highly organized, target-driven, and detail-oriented
Work-From-Home Requirements (Mandatory)
- Dedicated laptop or desktop (Intel i5 or higher, 8GB RAM minimum)
- Windows 10/11 (licensed), MS Office 2013+
- Quiet, professional home office environment
- Minimum 100 Mbps wired fiber/cable internet
- At least 1 year of successful remote work experience on the US EST shift
- Work schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday)
